Background: Known to friends and family as a woman of inexhaustible politeness and compassion, in better years, Amy Collier would have fit well into San Paro. However, as with any major city, nothing ever stays the same, and everything will eventually be taken for granted. Under normal circumstances, a woman like her would never live in a place like San Paro. As one might expect, then, the circumstances surrounding her arrival were anything but normal.

The little Amiko that friends and family know may well be a fabrication however, because Amy Collier is a killer, through and through-- two tours with Blackwater in Afghanistan and Iraq, high-profile assassinations of African warlords and dictators, a long laundry list of confirmed kills show her strength of will, and oddly enough, a long history of large donations to international charities, security missions for humanitarian aid missions deep in the Congo, and the violent protection of the disenfranchised and forgotten all demonstrate her apparent desire to fill the role of protector for all those whose voices are too small to be heard, beyond all reproach.

Her arrival caused a stir among the city's elite, who clearly must know more about this woman than any of them would be willing to let on. Whatever her reason for being in the city, she appears not to be leaving anytime soon.
